Incorporated in the year 2001, it is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) as per the Indian Companies Act, 1956. India Exposition Mart Limited, has an equity-based shareholding and the company has been successfully declaring dividend from past several years.

Dear Friends,
We have all been affected with Covid 19 in some way or the other and while these are tough times, we at IEML have gotten together to find ways in which we can come back stronger and smarter.
Considering it took a pandmic to make us realize and understand the paradigm shift required in investing in the health and safety of our children and the imminent need to rethink our age-old education system to comply with the new technological advancements.
We are glad to announce the 1st Edition of our biggest co-loated expo's which cater to some of the most important segments of our country - Mother & Child, Toys and STEM education.
To put this right, we have made a massive investment in technology and infrastructure upgradation to make our venue and shows safer to attend and hybrid in nature with some state-of-the-art technology that makes global participation easier and more engaging.
